PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PAYMENTS

You can choose to pay for orders placed on the website www.biolybra.com in the following ways:

• WIRE TRANSFER

Delivery will be made once payment has been received on the Seller’s current account (ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l.)

• CASH ON DELIVERY

In this case, there will be a surcharge of € 4.99

You can request an invoice during the purchase process, when you check your delivery and billing addresses, by clicking on the appropriate link, entering your tax code (if you are buying as a private individual). VAT and any other applicable taxes are already included in the price of all products on the Site and in the cart.

TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping, taxes and discounts will be calculated at the time of the order. Shipping is the responsibility of the user.

Shipping is free for orders over € 39.00

In case of non-delivery due to your absence at the address specified in the order form, the courier will send a notice of passage. The courier will then make a second delivery attempt the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will go “in storage” with the courier. The courier will then communicate the stock to ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. who, through the Customer Service, will contact you in order to provide you with all the information necessary to collect the package at the courier’s branch.

In the event that you do not collect it from the courier branch within 5 days of delivery of the notice of passage, the purchase contract will be considered terminated by law pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code with consequent reimbursement, within 15 working days from the termination of the contract, of the Total Amount Due, less the unsuccessful delivery costs, storage costs, return costs to ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. and any other expenses incurred due to non-delivery due to your absence.

RETURNS

Please carefully check the shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipment. All claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. It is only valid for items purchased on this website.

Conditions for exercising the right of return:

1. The express communication of return must be communicated to the seller (ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l.) within 14 days of receiving the order, by sending an email to info@biolybra.com
2. Only after receiving a return confirmation, you can always proceed with the return within 14 days of receipt. The address where to send the return will be communicated by email.
3. Please attach relevant bank and account information and keep your mail receipt as proof of postage.
4. The product must not have been used and / or opened
5. The product must be returned new and in the integrity in which it was received.
6. The product must not be damaged

In the event that the conditions indicated above in points 1,2,6 are not respected, you will be contacted as the return will not be accepted. In this case, you can choose to have the product returned, at your expense. Otherwise, ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. reserves the right to hold the product and the amount thereof.

In the event that the conditions indicated above in points 4.5 are not respected, you will be contacted as the return will not be accepted. In this case, you can choose to accept the reduction in the value of the return, the amount of which will be communicated to you via email. Otherwise, you can choose to have the product returned, at your expense. In the event that no proposal will be accepted, ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. reserves the right to hold the product and the amount equal to the reduction in value of the returned product.

TIMES AND TERMS FOR REFUND

Once ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. I will receive the returned product and will have checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive the confirmation of acceptance of the return. In the event that the decrease in the value of the returned product is ascertained, you will receive an email with the amount to be deducted for the damage to the returned product.

If you have complied with the aforementioned conditions, you will receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l..

All direct costs associated with the return of the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Consumer Code

These conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, considered an integral part of the “Conditions of sale”, are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, relating to the Consumer Code, in chapter I ° “Consumer rights in contracts”.
